Please note that the last treatments conclude at 21:45, allowing for a relaxed experience in our specially prepared rooms.

*To guarantee your preferred time and treatment, we recommend making a reservation a few days in advance. You can do so via the FACETIME application, email (spa@oxospa.pl), or by phone at +48 58 351 05 21.

*Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to complete the necessary paperwork and have a consultation with your therapist or cosmetician. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration.

*If you have a Gift Voucher, please inform our reception team during the reservation process.

*We understand that plans may change, and we offer free cancellation up to 4 hours before your scheduled treatment (12 hours for group bookings). Cancellations made after this time will incur a 50% payment of the reserved treatment.

*After your treatment, we invite you to relax in our specially designed room, where you can enjoy a cup of tea or a refreshing bottle of water, extending your relaxation experience.
